Welcome to Turning Scars into Stars, I’m glad you’re here.
My name is Amanda (she/her). I'm a Professional and licensed Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist (BPS) and (BACP) associate and an International Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA). 

I offer a range of psychotherapy services, including: Individual Counselling (6 sessions), Individual Psychotherapy (long term), Organisational therapy and Couples/Family Therapy.

Specialising in: Bereavement and Loss, Addiction, Dreams repression, Dissociation, Trauma, Attachment styles, Early development, Bio-psycho-social (intercultural), Resilience, Anger management,

My approach is based on the latest research and techniques in the field of psychotherapy, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic therapy, Existential & Person-Centred therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy and Creativity.
